Non-professional publisher. Article 6-III-2 of the LCEN (French law on confidence in the digital economy) allows a natural person publishing a site on a non-professional basis not to publish their address, provided they have given their full identity to their host — which is required to keep it and provide it upon a court order. The host's name must then appear below, which is the case.

Intellectual property
Unofficial site, made by volunteer fans. It is not affiliated with Games Workshop Ltd, nor approved, sponsored or endorsed by that company.
Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, Horus Heresy, Adeptus Astartes, the names of the Legions, the heraldry, the illustrations and all associated names, trademarks, characters and elements of the setting are the exclusive property of Games Workshop Ltd (new window), used here without permission. No challenge to their status is intended.
The rules texts are summarised transcriptions intended for beginners. They do not replace the official books, which must still be purchased to play: the sources used are listed in the footer of each page of the site. Any takedown request from the rights holder will be honoured without delay via the contact form.
The site's source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is published under the licence stated in the repository's LICENSE file.
Personal data
The site is static: it has no database and creates no user accounts. Only two kinds of processing may involve personal data.
Report form
The data entered in the contact form (name, e-mail address, message) is transmitted by the Formspree (new window) service, which forwards it by e-mail to the publisher.
- Purpose: to respond to the report or suggestion.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) — sending the form is solely at the visitor's initiative.
- Optional fields: only the message is required. The name and e-mail address are only used to reply; they are neither published nor passed on to third parties for any other purpose.

Audience measurement
The site uses GoatCounter (new window) to count visits to each page. This measurement is anonymous and cookie-free: no information that could identify you is collected or stored.
Local storage in the browser
The site saves some information in your browser's storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) for your convenience: the army list you are building, weapons ticked in the Arsenal, the heraldry shown in the tab.
This data never leaves your device: none of it is sent to a server, and the publisher has no access to it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of data concerning you. To exercise it, use the contact form. In the event of disagreement, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) (new window).
